Jeff Kubica
Chief Executive Officer
Jeff oversees business administration and project management. His career started with the family business of Plumbing/HVAC before going to Michigan State University. He has nearly 20 years in General Contracting project management and engineering in heavy industrial, power generation and high-end residential custom homes. With 20 years of CAD experience and completing his NICET training, has brought full system design in-house. The goal is to collaborate directly with architects in the design phase to allow a more complete project package for the end client, along with reducing turn-around times of system design and changes. With his large-scale project experience and exposure, he can redirect that energy to acutely focus on attention to detail and exact needs of our clients in a way they are not used to. In his free time, you may find him on the river, on the trail, on the slopes, on the course, or at the rink.
