We take pride in being locally owned and operated in the Roaring Fork Valley. In 2018, two brothers — Brian and Jeff Kubica — had the vision to build the kind of business that would have deep community ties, be well respected for quality craftsmanship and exceptional engineering, be recognized for a culture of caring for employees and support general contractors with friendly, reliable and quality service.
What started as three-and-a-half full-time employees, one truck, and the acquisition of then locally owned company due to retirement, has grown to a full-service Fire, Life Safety, Security Technology and Testing & Inspection company with 14 full-time employees and a fleet of service vehicles known throughout the valley for the bright red and blue bumpers.
Our team of experts includes NICET II, III, IAMPO Certified ASSE Backflow Tester and Assembly Repairer, OSHA 30, CSA Sprinkler Competent On-Site Person Commercial and Residential and LEED Accredited Professional in New Construction. We’re qualified to do the job, but it’s not just our qualifications that set us apart.
It’s our knowledge of the construction industry (both Brian and Jeff have previously served as construction superintendents for major locally-owned contractors) and our genuine desire to be the most accessible, available, reliable, and quality subcontractor on any job.
